Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cinni Leather. We create and ship handmade leather products including leather cushion covers, leather bench cushions, leather headboards, leather bags, belts, and accessories.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

For ready-to-ship products, processing usually takes 2–5 business days.

For custom-made, made-to-measure, personalised, or special order items, processing time may vary depending on the product, size, quantity, and custom requirements. We will share the estimated production time after reviewing your order details.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing correct measurements, colour preferences, leather type, thickness, and any other required details before production begins.

Once a custom order goes into production, changes may not be possible. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Australia, and other international destinations.

Shipping Charges

We offer worldwide shipping on eligible orders. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

For many international orders, we provide DDP shipping, which means duties and taxes are included where applicable, so customers do not have to pay extra import duties or taxes upon delivery.

DDP Shipping / Duties and Taxes

DDP means “Delivered Duty Paid.” When your order is shipped under DDP service, the price paid at checkout is the final price, and no additional customs duties or import taxes should be charged at delivery.

If your order is not eligible for DDP shipping, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges may be the responsibility of the customer. We will always try to make shipping as smooth and transparent as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, courier service, and product type.

General estimated delivery time after dispatch:

United States: 5–12 business days
United Kingdom: 5–12 business days
Europe: 6–14 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
Australia: 7–15 business days
Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to customs, holidays, courier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking details by email where available. You can use the tracking information to follow your shipment online.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Cinni Leather is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@cinnileather.com. We will try our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to ship orders on time, but delivery delays can sometimes happen due to customs clearance, courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected issues.

Cinni Leather is not responsible for courier or customs delays once the order has been dispatched, but we will assist you with tracking and support wherever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@cinnileather.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours, building reception, local delivery office, or the courier. You can also contact us and we will help you with the tracking details.
